Marc holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and has been a licensed professional engineer in Colorado since 2008. Beginning his career as a rodman on a survey crew, Marc gained invaluable field experience that shapes his practical approach to engineering today.
In his free time, Marc enjoys biking, hiking, tennis, and gardening, embracing an active and healthy lifestyle.

Shane graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He finds fulfillment in helping colleagues and clients prepare top-quality construction documents that set industry standards. Outside of work, Shane enjoys cycling, camping, and exploring the outdoors in his RV.

John S. Kabanda brings 17 years of experience in structural engineering, consulting, project management, and advanced numerical modeling to the Land Pro Civil team. His expertise includes designing specialized building structures, conducting structural analysis, and integrating AI applications into engineering solutions. With a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage high-value projects, and drive efficiency through innovative approaches, John plays a key role in delivering cost-effective and structurally sound developments.

John holds a Doctorate in Structural Engineering, where his research focused on enhancing material strength through geometric analysis. He also earned a Master of Applied Science in Structural Engineering, completing research in time and frequency domain analysis in collaboration with Sargent & Lundy LLC. His academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with numerous awards for excellence and an MBA from the University of Oxford, where he developed an interest in social entrepreneurship, sustainability, and engineering economics.
