Lee was engineer-of-record responsible for rezoning, preliminary plat approvals, stormwater, and preparing final design documents for several of the projects within the development.

Paul was the civil engineer-of-record while at a previous employer for a site development plan set that met the requirements of the City and County of Denver. The plan set included a Cover Sheet, Survey sheet, Demolition plan, Site plan, Utility and Grading plan, and Details.
5th Street - Boulder, CO
Paul was the civil engineer-of-record for a grading and drainage plan for a single family home in the City of Boulder's "Potential Mass Movement Hazard" area. This included a detailed grading plan with challenges of steep grades and routing the drainage away from the house.
Stonebridge Farms Water, Sewer, Storm Sewer Improvements - Minot, ND
Paul while at a previous employer was the project engineer for a 160 acre master planned community. Tasks included storm sewer design, storm water pond design, grading and construction administration to meet the requirements of the City of Minot.

Paul while at a previous employer was the engineer-of-record for a Drainage, Erosion, and Sediment Control (DESC) Plan for a new residential single family home to meet the requirements for the City of Littleton and the County of Douglas. The plan set included an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, a Drainage Plan, and DESC Plan Standard Notes and Details.

Paul was a project engineer and construction manager for Chevalle which is a 300 acre residential conservation development located in a suburb of Minneapolis. Tasks included grading design, storm water pond design, utility design and construction management.
