Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Land Pro Civil collects through landprocivil.com and what we do with it. Last updated October 16, 2026.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to fill in: phone, company, project location, project type and stage, a description, and an optional plan file (PDF, JPG, or PNG). The job application form also collects a resume.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page. We use the IP address on form submissions to block spam and limit repeated submissions.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and whether they call, use the cost calculator, or send the contact form. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to do this. It does not give us your name or contact details.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare a fee estimate, and work on your project if you hire us.
- To review job applications.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a website database. A few service providers handle data on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and processes the forms.
- Google, which delivers form emails and provides Google Analytics and the site's fonts.
- Unsplash, which serves some of the background photos on the site.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and project emails for as long as we need them to respond, do the work, and meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations. Job applications are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting on our analytics account.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing paulwallick@landprocivil.com.
- You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Children
This website is for businesses and property owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
