Cost calculator and fee ranges

Fee ranges on this site, including the results of the cost calculator, are typical ranges for planning purposes. They are not quotes or offers. A real fee depends on your site, scope, and jurisdiction, and is only set in a written proposal or agreement.

When we work together

Engineering services are provided only under a signed proposal or agreement. If you hire us, that agreement governs the work, and it controls over these terms if the two ever conflict. Sending us a message through the site does not make you a client, so please do not send confidential information until we have agreed to work together.

Files you send us

If you attach a plan or other file, you confirm you have the right to share it. We use it only to review your inquiry or project.

Our content

The text, project photos, drawings, and design of this site belong to Land Pro Civil or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, share links to, and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy or republish our content or drawings without our written permission.

Links to other sites

We link to agencies, permit portals, and other outside sites for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

No warranty
